Jalandhar, November 24, 2016. - “RMPI will organize the massive protest actions against the unplanned and foolish anti-people decision of “Demonetization” by Modi Govt., which has inflicted untold miseries on the common people, especially daily wage workers, small shopkeepers, traders and for every family to run its daily affairs of livelihood. More then 150 people died either standing in the ques for money in front of banks and ATMs or committed suicides in the conditions of unbearable depression due to lack of currency. People are unable to perform social functions like marriages of their children because of the unavailability of cash money.” Comrade Mangat Ram Pasla, General Secretary, RMPI said this in a statement issued here today to the press.

He further elaborated that mass meetings, dharnas, road blockades etc. will be organized in a big way against this anti-people decision of Modi Govt.. It is funny to believe that by demonetization all black money will be unearthed, economy will grow faster and all problems of the people will be solved. Reality is that Corporate houses, black money holders, drug trafficators and smugglers are running their business unhindered while the common man is suffering because he cannot withdraw hard earned money from bank to manage his daily needs to meet both ends meals.

RMPI calls upon the people to raise their voice against this foolish and disastreous  decision of the  Modi Govt.

The situation demands the logical solution of water conflict

"The supreme court verdict announced on thursday regarding SYL is unfortunate.  Rather than solving any problem and decreasing conflict between two states regarding irrigation water scarcity it will create new crisis and further intensify this conflict." This was stated today by Comrade Mangat Ram Pasla, General Secretary, RMPI. He further stated that due to anti-farmer policies of central government, agricultural land under canal irrigation has been decreasing day by day. It was 43% at once but today it is just 24% and it is always irregular. While water beneath earth (underground water) has been reached to the alarming stage of only 18%. This is the situation in Punjab but Haryana also has the same fate. Comrade Pasla questioned that how the huge and overall crisis of irrigation can be solved through one sided court verdicts? He stated that it is suspicious that Haryana will be benefited with this verdict but it is clear that Punjab will be biggest looser especially Malwa and Doaba regions of State. The number of growing Peasants' suicides itself tells the intensity of crisis. RMPI Gen Secy said that both Congress and Akalis are equally responsible for the present situation and the whole crisis. Now both are busy in writing new script comprising old subject of blood shed upon basis of water conflict  only to play it as election card in forthcoming Punjab assembly election. The countrymen and women are fully aware of the fact that congress laid the foundation stone of SYL and at the same time Akalis received crores of rupees from Haryana as compensation and acquired the land for it. Now again both are indulged in political games upon same issue. Comrade Pasla appealed people of both states to maintain peace and fraternity. He strongly urged the people of both states that making or not making SYL is not the sole steps to resolve the water necessities regarding irrigation. All round steps and measures are needed on part of central Govt.. And the central government is not interested to March forward even a single inch towards genuine solution. He criticised the central Govt for its partial approach. Comrade Pasla said that the central Govt should make all efforts to ensure a logical solution of water crisis completely.

RMPI CENTRAL COMMITTEE RESOLUTIONS - केंद्रीय समिति बैठक का वक्तव्य

Salem (Tamilnadhu)  -  The Central Committee of the Revolutionary Marxist Party of India met hare today under the Chairmanship of Com. K.Gangadharn for two days, that is on 7-8.11.2016.

After the meeting, Com Mangat Ram Pasla, The General Secretary of RMPI issued the following Statement to the Press about the celebrations of the meeting.

RMPI took note of Serious Situations in the Country under the Narindera Modi’s regime. The neo liberal economic policies dictated by the US imperialism are resulting in the steep rise in prices and peasants suicides in large number, growing unemployment and are allowing the Domestic and Foreign corporate houses to loot the natural Resources and grabbing our market. These policies are ruthlessly suppressing the working class and peasants struggles. All other bourgeoisie-land lord parties are following the same anti people policies in the States ruled by them. The C.C. furthermore noted that the Central and State Governments are doing nothing to ameliorate the economic conditions of poor toiling masses of the country.

RMPI feels the serious concern on growing communalism being propagated by the Sang Pariwar to turn the country in to a Hindu Rashtria theocratic reactionary state. While propagating Communalism, the Modi Government being run by the R.S.S. attacks the Dalits, minorities, women and the Adivasis. Attacks on these vulnerable sections have increased many fold. Incidents of atrocities on dalits are daily occurring throughout the country. Culprits are being encouraged by the RSS goons and the government on the other hand. RMPI noted with satisfaction that, the Dalite are asserting and fighting vigorously against these heinous attacks. Com. Pasla said that, the CC gave a call to the party and other Democratic force to observe the Shaheed Bhagt singh’s martyrdom day on 23^rd March 2017 at a day against imperialism and communalism in the defense of dalits, Minorities. Adivasis and other toiling masses which are being targeted by the Modi government. The CC demanded an impartial judicial inquiry under the supervision of a sitting Supreme Court Judge. For ensuing the Punjab assembly elections in February 2017, The CC gave approval to the political line being pursued by its Punjab unit forging the joint left front to defeat the akalli-Bjp communal combine congress and the Aam Admy Party, who all are the open advocates of the new liberal policies and have soft corners towards the Communal forces.

The CC took a serious view of the abnormal situation prevalling in Kashmir since 9^th of July, During these days, near about more than hundred people have been killed and many other injured and blinded. On the other hand Terrorists have martyred our 19 brave Soldiers by attacking the I Brigade head quarters. In this situation, the CC urges up on the central Government to solve this political problem by reaching out to all the stake holders involved in the Kashmir situation.

CC earnestly feels that, the situation becomes more serious when the government of Pakistan and India instead of solving the problem through negotiation are escalating the tension by war hysteria.

The CC is of the firm opinion that war is no solution to any problem, and all issues should be resolved through negotiations by the governments of India and Pakistan.

भारतीय क्रांतिकारी माकर््सवादी पार्टी (आर.एम.पी.आई.) की केंद्रीय समिति की बैठक विगत 7-8 नवंबर को सेलम (तामिलनाडु) में संपन्न हुई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता साथी के.गंगाधरन ने की। बैठक से पहले 6 नवंबर को आर.एम.पी.आई. तामिलनाडु राज्य इकाई का संगठनात्मक सम्मेलन भी संपंन्न हुआ। जिस में राज्य नेतृत्व का चुनाव किया गया। इस सम्मेलन के आरंभ में आर.एम.पी.आई. महासचिव साथी मंगत राम पासला द्वारा शहीदों की याद को समर्पित शहीद मीनार पर पुष्प अर्पित करने के उपरांत पार्टी का लाल परचम फहराया गया।
मीटिंग द्वारा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय, राष्ट्रीय तथा विभिन्न राज्यों के आर्थिक, सामाजिक हालात पर गहन विचार विमर्श किया गया। पूंजीपति प्रणाली अधीन चल रहे अविकसित तथा विकासशील देशों में, साम्राज्यवादी देशों खास कर संयुक्त राज्य अमरीका द्वारा, इन देशों के सभी भौतिक संसाधनों तथा श्रम शक्ति की मचायी अंधाधुंध लूट पर गहरी चिंता जताते हुए इंगित किया गया कि आज के दौर में साम्राज्यवादी देशों तथा विकासशील देशों के मध्य अंतर्विरोध ने केंद्रीय स्थान ले लिया है। इसके साथ ही सभी पूंजीवादी देशों में श्रमिक वर्ग के बढ़ रहे विरोध एक्शनों तथा हड़तालों से यह तथ्य भी स्पष्ट रूप में उभरता है कि श्रमिक तथा पूंजीपति वर्गों का परस्पर अंर्तविरोध भी दिन प्रतिदिन तीव्र से तीव्रतम होता जा रहा है। इसी दिशा में केंद्रीय समिति द्वारा निर्णय किया गया कि, साम्राज्यवादी कुचालों के विरुद्ध, देश की प्रतिक्रियावादी मोदी सरकार द्वारा साम्राज्यवादी एजंडे पर आंख मूंद कर चलने, तथा यहां तक कि सभी स्थापित नियम परंपराओं की अवहेलना कर साम्राज्यवादियों से युद्धनीतिक समझौते किये जाने के खिलाफ व्यापक स्तर पर जन संर्घर्षों को तेज किया जाए।
केंद्रीय समिति द्वारा देश की वर्तमान चिंताजनक स्थिति पर विचार विमर्श करते हुए नोट किया गया कि एक तरफ मोदी सरकार, राष्ट्रीय स्वंय सेवक संघ तथा साम्राज्यवादी अमरीका के दिशा निर्देशों पर चलते हुए तेजी से आख मूंद कर नवउदारवादी नीतियों पर अमल कर रही है वहीं दूसरी ओर सांप्रदायिक एजंडे पर चलते हुए देश का सांप्रदायिक धुव्रीकरण करने के आत्मघाती रास्ते पर चल रही है। अल्पसंख्यकों, दलितों, महिलाओं तथा जनजातियों पर दमन की तलवार बड़ी तेजी तथा निर्दयता से चलाई जा रही है। देश भर  में सरकार द्वारा प्रयोजित आतंक तथा असहनशीलता अपने चर्म पर है। पाकिस्तान प्रायोजित आतंकवाद के नाम पर एक खास धर्म के भारतीय नागरिकों पर घृणित आरोप लगाये जा रहे हैं तथा युद्धोन्माद पैदा किया जा रहा है। सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में आतंक और युद्ध के भय का वातावरण है। केंद्रीय कमेटी की यह पक्की राय है कि यह सब पंजाब तथा उत्तर प्रदेश में निकट भविष्य में होने वाले चुनावों में लाभ अर्जित करने के उद्देश्य से किया जा रहा है। इस दिशा में मोदी सरकार इतनी बदहवास हो चुकी है कि फौज तथा अद्र्धसैनिक बलों की आम तौर पर गुप्त रहने वाली कार्रवाईयों को बड़े स्तर पर प्रचारते हुए इन संवेदनशील बलों का राजनीतिकरण किया जा रहा है। यह सब कार्यवाहियां न केवल देश के धर्म निरपेक्ष मूल्यों को बर्बाद करने वाली हैं बल्कि हमारी जनवादी संरचना के लिये भी वर्तमान तथा भविष्य में गंभीर खतरों के निंदनीय संकेत है।
केंद्रीय समिति द्वारा निकट भविष्य में होने वाले पंजाब विधान सभा चुनाव में पंजाब राज्य समिती द्वारा अपनाई गई राजनैतिक लाईन का अनुमोदन किया गया।
एक महत्त्वपूर्ण निर्णय लेते हुए केंद्रीय समिति द्वारा आने वाले बजट (जिसके जनविरोधी तथा राष्ट्रविरोधी होने पर कोई संदेह की गुजाईश नहीं) के विरुद्ध देश भर में, निम्न स्तर की सभी कमेटियों को हर स्तर पर विरोध संगठित करने का आह्वान किया गया। एक अन्य निर्णय द्वारा अभूतपूर्व प्रेरणा स्रोत शहीद-ए-आजम साथी भगत सिंह का शहीदी दिवस 23 मार्च 2017 साम्राज्यवाद विरोधी दिवस, सांप्रदायिकता विरोधी दिवस, दलितों-महिलाओं-आदिवासियों-अल्प संख्यकों की सुरक्षा एवं समानता सुनिश्चित करने वाले जन संग्रामों को समर्पित दिवस के तौर पर मनाये जाने का निर्णय लिया गया।

Stop attacking RMPI cadre

It's ridiculous and highly condemnable that a party is giving all India call against attacks on its cadre by the state Govt in West Bengal. And the same party allows its cadre to attack on RMPI cadre in Kerala where it is in power. Even the statue of Late Comrade TP Chandershekharan has been damaged. Still this party claims itself as a champion of Left Unity!
