Party units to organise protest against war

Jalandhar: The Central Committee of Revulutionary Marxist Party Of India (RMPI) has strongly criticised the unethical, unwanted war offensive waged by USA against Iran. 

Comrade K. Gangadharan and Comrade Mangat Ram Pasla, Chairman and General Secretary of the CC respectively, through a joint press statement issued from here today, demanded that the Govt of India must support Iran at this crusial juncture so that the notorious efforts of the US administration to create a world war like situation may be stopped forcefully.   

Gangatharan and Pasla further stated that the whole world know that Israel, to whome the US is supporting blindly owns the atom bomb.

Madam Tulsi Gabard, head of the intelligence depptt of US had been admitted at least three times in the recent months that Iran neither has invented the atom bombs nor it is capable to do so.

 Pasla and Gangatharan while appealing Indian people to make every effort to stop this unjust war, called upon the party units to organise protest and burn effigies of Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu.

War does not solve any problem, but rather gives rise to new problems

 

Jalandhar: Comrade Mangat Ram Pasla, General Secretary Revolutionary Marxist Party of India (RMPI), has issued the following statement on behalf of the Central Committee of the party.
"In response to the brutal incident, took place at Pahalgam, J&K, on April 22, in which terrorists shot dead 26 innocent tourists from different parts of the country and a brave Kashmiri who had come to protect the tourists, the Indian Army has taken retaliatory action under the orders of the central government of the country.
Through an official statement, issued in this regard, it was described that Indian forces, in a joint operation, have destroyed nine terrorist hideouts in Pakistan by striking "specific and limited targets". It also has been claimed that 80 terrorists were killed in these strikes and no military installations in Pakistan were targeted during this operation. Remember, the terrorist camps being operated in Pakistan are being run with full support of ISI and CIA, the intelligence agencies of Pak  and America respectively.
The Central Committee is of the opinion that this action must have brought some mental relief to those Indian families who have lost their loved ones due the bullets of the terrorists. The common people of India, who are staunch opponents of all forms of terrorism and communal propaganda aimed to spread hatred , must have also found some solace in this. This action would have taught an appropriate lesson to the leaders of the terrorists and their masters in Pakistan so that they would refrain from carrying out any other terrorist incident like Pahalgam in the future.
Pasla further statedd that it is a matter of deep concern for the people of this region and the entire world that an open war like situation amongst India and Pak has emerged after the horrific incident of Pahalgam and the retaliation of the Indian army.  This was actually the desire of the terrorists behind the Pahalgam incident.Their actual plan was to widen the  communal rift between Hindu and Muslim communities in India to become more acute as a response to this mass killing, so that it would be easier to start a war in this region. Of course, it is comforting to know that the vast majority of the people of India, all political parties and civil society have shown solidarity by strongly opposing this cowardly act of terrorists. But the irresponsible and provocative right-wing elements in India, by spewing venom against the entire Muslim community after this incident, have only served to advance the nefarious designs of the terrorists.

Himanshi Narwal, a proud daughter who witnessed her husband being martyred, with a humane mindset, demanded strict punishment for her husband's killers. At the same time she also appealed to stop the poisonous propaganda against Muslims and Kashmiris and maintain peace. The fringe groups immediately started the defamatory propaganda against Himanshi, using dirty and immoral words. It's deeply shameful and condemnable act. 
Comrade Pasla, while appealing for diplomatic means to resolve differences and issues related to terrorism between the two countries, stressed the need to avoid military conflict or aggression between the two neighboring countries at all costs. Because war does not solve any problem, but rather gives rise to new problems.

Pasla has also appealed to the people of India to be wary of terrorists of all stripes and communal elements who make hateful and inflammatory speeches and come forward to spread the message of 'No war, peace is needed' in the Indian diaspora. RMPI also wants to alert the Modi government to stop taking advantage of the current situation and imposing restrictions on people's freedom of speech and writing. The attacks by the government and vested interests on citizens of different religions and castes, as well as journalists and intellectuals working for the country's interests, reek not of patriotism, but of authoritarian tendencies and a conspiracy to weaken the country by dividing it along communal lines.

Condolence: Comrade P. Amavasai no more

Jalandhar: The Central Committees of Revolutionary Marxist Party of India (RMPI) and Marxist Communist Party of India -United ( MCPI-U) have expressed deep sorrorow and profound grief over the sad and untimely demise of Comrade P. Amavasai.

The deceased, as a committed Marxist, dedicated to the international proletariat, spent his whole life relentlessly fighting for the safeguard of interesets of working class of India and whole world. He was one of the founder CCMs of RMPI.

Comrade K. Gangatharan and Mangat Ram Pasla, respectively Chairman and General Secretary of RMPI and Comrade M. Ashok Omkar, General Secretary MCPI-U through a joint statement issued from here today, expressed their deep condolences with the family of departed Comrade P. Amavasai and the Tamilnadu State  unit of RMPI.

एर्नाकुलम: "कम्युनिस्ट समन्वय समिति" (सी.सी.सी.) ने 26 और 27 जनवरी को वाईएमसीए, अलुवा में आयोजित अपनी दो दिवसीय संयुक्त केंद्रीय समिति की बैठक में सभी वामपंथी, लोकतांत्रिक और धर्मनिरपेक्ष ताकतों को एकजुट होने और सांप्रदायिक फासीवादी कॉरपोरेट ताकतों को परास्त करने और लोगों के लिए विकल्प बनाने के लिए काम करने का आह्वान किया। इस कम्युनिस्ट समन्वय समिति (सी.सी.सी.) का गठन मार्क्सवादी कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ऑफ इंडिया (यूनाइटेड) एमसीपीआई (यू) और क्रांतिकारी मार्क्सवादी पार्टी ऑफ इंडिया (आरएमपीआई) द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से किया गया है।

बैठक में यह बात सामने आई कि यूक्रेन और फिलिस्तीन में युद्ध ने पूरी दुनिया को प्रभावित किया। खाद्य और ईंधन की बढ़ती कीमतें और उच्च मुद्रास्फीति लाखों लोगों के जीवन को प्रभावित कर रही हैं। कई देशों में तेजी से बढ़ती मुद्रास्फीति की दर ने मजदूरी की वृद्धि को पीछे छोड़ दिया है और जीवन यापन की लागत में संकट पैदा कर दिया है। इसने लोगों के स्वास्थ्य और कल्याण पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डाला है, खासकर समाज के सबसे गरीब तबके के लोगों पर। मानवता के सामने विकल्प बर्बरता और समाजवाद, पूंजीवाद की बर्बरता इस समय पहले कभी नहीं देखी गई और इसका सबसे हृदय विदारक, सबसे अविश्वसनीय रूप से क्रूर उदाहरण फिलीस्तीनियों का नरसंहार है जो वर्तमान में सभी उन्नत पूंजीवादी देशों के संयुक्त आशीर्वाद से हो रहा है। बैठक में पूरे देश में इस साम्राज्यवादी युद्ध के खिलाफ एक व्यापक अभियान चलाने का निर्णय लिया गया है। ट्रम्प के सत्ता में वापस आने से दुनिया में ये सभी समस्याएं बढ़ रही हैं। पेरिस जलवायु समझौते और डब्ल्यूएचओ से हटने की उनकी घोषणा, अप्रवासियों के खिलाफ उनका सख्त कदम, हमास को कुचलने की उनकी घोषणा और उनके उच्च टैरिफ सभी दुनिया में संघर्षों को बढ़ाएंगे।

केरल में एलडीएफ सरकार लोगों की उम्मीदों पर खरा नहीं उतर पा रही है। इसका कारण यह है कि वह केंद्र सरकार की आर्थिक नीतियों का अनुसरण कर रही है और धर्मनिरपेक्षता को त्याग रही है और संसदीय राजनीति को अपने अधीन कर रही है और सांप्रदायिक तुष्टिकरण को स्वीकार कर रही है। हमें उम्मीद है कि सीपीआईएम और सीपीआई संसदीय चुनावों में हार से सबक लेंगे और वामपंथी एकता में आएंगे। बैठक में संघ परिवार की ताकतों द्वारा खड़ी की जा रही नव उदारवाद और मनुवाद तथा सनातन धर्म की सांप्रदायिक फासीवादी विचारधारा के खिलाफ व्यापक जन अभियान चलाने का निर्णय लिया गया, जो धर्मनिरपेक्षता, संघवाद और संवैधानिक मूल्यों के लिए खतरा है तथा लोगों की आजीविका से जुड़े मुद्दों जैसे गरीबी, बेरोजगारी, महंगाई, मूल्य वृद्धि, सार्वजनिक संपत्तियों का निजीकरण, किसान और मजदूर वर्ग के मुद्दे आदि को उठाया गया।

बैठक में वैश्वीकरण और सांप्रदायिक-फासीवाद के खिलाफ लोकप्रिय आंदोलनों की जमीन तैयार करने का भी निर्णय लिया गया। इसे वामपंथी और वास्तविक लोकतांत्रिक ताकतों का मोर्चा बनाना होगा तथा आत्मनिर्भरता और लोकतंत्र के लिए संघर्ष का वास्तविक कार्यक्रम लागू करना होगा। वामपंथ के सामने चुनौतियों की व्यापकता भी वामपंथी एकता को मजबूत करने की जरूरत को रेखांकित करती है। बैठक में सभी वामपंथी और लोकतांत्रिक ताकतों को एकजुट करने और देश भर में राजनीतिक ताकतों और सामाजिक आंदोलनों का एक व्यापक मंच बनाने की पहल करने का निर्णय लिया गया, जो वैश्वीकरण, सांप्रदायिक फासीवाद और सामाजिक न्याय के खिलाफ बड़े पैमाने पर विरोध प्रदर्शनों में सक्रिय रूप से शामिल हों। संगठित वामपंथ की सभी वामपंथी पार्टियाँ आज की चुनौतियों का सामना करने के लिए उचित जवाब दे सकती हैं, बशर्ते वे अपनी बुनियादी प्राथमिकताओं को ठीक से समझ लें।

इस कार्य के तहत हम 23 मार्च को भगत सिंह शहीद दिवस को साम्राज्यवाद विरोधी दिवस के रूप में और 14 अप्रैल को अंबेडकर जयंती को संविधान बचाओ, भारत बचाओ और सामाजिक न्याय दिवस के रूप में आयोजित करते हैं। हमने मार्क्स और लेनिन को याद करने और समाजवाद के लिए लड़ने का भी फैसला किया है। अपनी एकीकरण प्रक्रिया के हिस्से के रूप में, हमने भारत के सभी स्तरों पर दोनों पार्टियों के किसानों, युवाओं और सांस्कृतिक संगठनों को एकीकृत करने का फैसला किया है। इसकी बैठकें अप्रैल महीने में चंडीगढ़, जालंधर और कोटा (राजस्थान) में आयोजित की जाएंगी। हमें उम्मीद है कि इस प्रकार के सामूहिक कार्य वैश्वीकरण, सांप्रदायिक-फासीवाद के खिलाफ और सामाजिक न्याय के लिए लोकप्रिय आंदोलनों की जमीन तैयार करने का फैसला कर सकते हैं। बैठक की अध्यक्षता कॉमरेड के. गंगाधरन और कॉमरेड किरनजीत सिंह सेखों, एम. श्रीकुमार, हरिहरन और सीसीसी के अखिल भारतीय संयोजक, आरएमपीआई के महासचिव कामरेड मंगत राम पासला और एमसीपीआई (यू) के महासचिव कामरेड अशोक ओंकार ने विचार-विमर्श में भाग लिया।

Defeat the Communal Fascist Corporate Forces and build a people's alternative

 

Ernakulam: "Communist Coordination Committee" (C.C.C.)  in its two day joint Central Committee meeting held on January 26th and 27th at YMCA, Aluva had decided to give a call to all Left, Democratic and secular forces to unite and work to 'Defeat the Communal Fascist Corporate Forces and build a people's alternative". This Communist Coordination Committee CCC s has been jointly formed by Marxist Communist Party of India (United) MCPI(U) and Revolutionary Marxist Party of India (RMPI).

          The war in Ukraine and Palestine impacted the entire world. Rising food and fuel prices and high inflation are affecting the lives of millions. The fast rising inflationary rates in many countries have outpaced the growth of wages and triggered a cost of living crisis. It had adversely affected the health and well-being of people, particularly those from the poorest sections in the society.

          The choice before mankind was between barbarism and socialism. The barbarity of capitalism is evident at present like never before seen and the most heart rending, the most incredibly cruel instance of it is the genocide of the Palestinians that is currently occurring with the combined blessings of all advanced capitalist countries. In the meeting it has decided to organize a mass Campaign against this imperialist war throughout the country.

          Trump's return to power is exacerbating all these problems in the world. His announcement of the withdrawal from Paris Climate Agreement and the WHO, his tough move against immigrants, his announcement to crush Hamas and his high tariffs will all exacerbate conflicts in the world.

          The LDF government in Kerala is not able to live up to the expectations of the people. The reason is that it is following the economic policies of the central government and abandoning secularism and subjugating parliamentary politics and accepting communal appeasement. We hope that the CPIM and CPI will learn lessons from the defeat in the parliamentary elections and come to Left unity.

          The meeting  decided to organize mass campaign against the Neo liberalism and obscurantist, Communal Fascist ideology of Manuvadom and Sanatana Dharma raising by Sangh Parivar forces, that is a threat against Secularism, Federalism and Constitutional  values and raising the people's  livelihoods issues like Poverty, Unemployment, Inflation, Price rise, Privatisation of public assets, Farmers and working  class issues etc.

          The meeting also decided to prepare the ground for popular movements against globalisation and communal-fascism. It has to be a front of the left and genuine democratic forces and to implement a genuine programme of struggle for self-reliance and democracy. The enormity of the challenges before the Left also underlines the need for strengthening the left unity.

          The meeting decided to take initiative to unify all the left and democratic forces and build  a broader forum of political forces and social movements throughout the country actively engaged in mass protests against globalisation , communal fascism and Social Justice. All the Left parties on the organised left can come up with a fitting response to meet the challenges of the day if only they get their basic priorities straight.

          Part of this work we organize March 23 the Bhagat Singh Martyrs day as Anti Imperialist day and  April 14 th Ambedkar birthday as Save constitution, Save India and Social Justice day. We decided to commemorate Marx and Lenin and also to fight for socialism. As part of our unification process, we decided to unify the peasants, youth and cultural organisations of both parties in all Inda level. The meetings of this will be organized at Chandigarh, Jalandhar and Kota ( Rajasthan ) during the month of April. We hope these type of collective work may decided to prepare the ground for  popular movements against globalisation, communal-fascism and for Social Justice.

          The meeting was presided over by Com.K.Gangadharan and Com. Kiranjeet Singh Sekhon, M. Sreekumar, Hariharan and All India Conveeners of CCC , Com.Mangat Ram Pasla, Gen.Secretary of RMPI  and  Com Ashok Omkar,Gen Secretary of MCPI(U) participated in the deliberation.
