ਕੱਟੜਪੰਥੀ ਤੇ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤਗਰਦ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਅਮਰੀਕਨ ਸਾਮਰਾਜ ਤੇ ਸੀ ਆਈ ਏ ਦੀ ਪੈਦਾਵਾਰ

ਜਲੰਧਰ, 20 ਅਗਸਤ (ਸੰਗਰਾਮੀ ਲਹਿਰ ਬਿਊਰੋ)- ਭਾਰਤੀ ਇਨਕਲਾਬੀ ਮਾਰਕਸਵਾਦੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ (ਆਰਐਮਪੀਆਈ) ਵਲੋਂ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਹਾਲੀਆ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਘਟਨਾਕ੍ਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਦੁਰਦਸ਼ਾ ’ਤੇ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਦਾ ਇਜ਼ਹਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। 

ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਸਾਥੀ ਕੇ ਗੰਗਾਧਰਨ, ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸਾਥੀ ਮੰਗਤ ਰਾਮ ਪਾਸਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਸਟੈਂਡਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸਾਥੀ ਹਰਕੰਵਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਢਾਹੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਅਣਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਅਤਿਆਚਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਅਮਰੀਕਨ ਸਾਮਰਾਜ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਹੱਥਠੋਕਾ ਅਫਗਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਟੋ ਫੌਜਾਂ ਵੀ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨੀ ਬਘਿਆੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਹਿਮੋ-ਕਰਮ ’ਤੇ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਦੌੜ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

ਪਾਰਟੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕੀਂ ਇਸ ਤੱਥ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਭਲੀ ਭਾਂਤ ਜਾਣੂੰ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਨਾ ਕੇਵਲ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਬਲਕਿ ਅਲਕਾਇਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਈਐਸਆਈ ਐਸ ਜਿਹੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੱਟੜਪੰਥੀ ਤੇ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤਗਰਦ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਅਮਰੀਕਨ ਸਾਮਰਾਜ ਤੇ ਸੀ ਆਈ ਏ ਦੀ ਪੈਦਾਵਾਰ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਮਰਾਜੀ ਟੁਕੜਿਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਪਲਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਇਹ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਸੱਚ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਮਨ ਬਹਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਬਹਾਨੇ ਜਿਸ ਵੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਮਰਾਜੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦਖਲ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਵਸੀਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੂੰਡ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੁਖਿਆਂ ਮਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤਗਰਦ ਟੋਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੱਤਿਆਚਾਰਾਂ ਹੇਠ ਪਿਸਣ ਲਈ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਦੌੜ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਦਰਅਸਲ ਅਮਨ ਦੀ ਕਾਇਮੀ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਮਰਾਜੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਬਹਾਨਾ ਹੈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਸਲ ਮਕਸਦ ਫੌਜੀ ਅੱਡੇ ਕਾਇਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਖਿੱਤੇ ’ਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਧੌਂਸ ਕਾਇਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਸਾਧਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਈ ਦੀ ਚੌਤਰਫਾ ਲੁੱਟ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਨੀ ਵੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਘੱਟ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨੀ ਕਰਤੂਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਧਰਮ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਬੱਦੂ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਖਤਰਨਾਕ ਰੁਝਾਨ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸਿੱਟੇ ਨਿਕਲਣਗੇ। ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੀ ਅਸਲ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖੋ-ਵੱਖ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਬੁਰਕਾ ਕੇ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤਗਰਦ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ‘ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨੀ ਮਾਨਸਿਕਤਾ’ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਮਰਾਜੀ ਸ਼ਹਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਅਨਸਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਅਮਨ ਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਕ ਸਾਂਝ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ, ਸਾਡੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਹੀ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨੀ ਸੋਚ ਵਾਲੇ ਫਿਰਕੂ ਟੋਲੇ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀਆਂ, ਦਲਿਤਾਂ, ਇਸਤਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਘਾਣ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਚੇਤ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ’ਤੇ ਡੂੰਘੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਰੋਸ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਵਾਰਥੀ ਤੱਤ ਸੋਚੀ ਸਮਝੀ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੇਵਲ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਹੀ ਧਿਆਨ ਕੇਂਦਿਰਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਦਕਿ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਬਰਬਾਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਦਰਦਨਾਕ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਲਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਨ ਤੇ ਸਾਮਰਾਜੀ ਗੁੱਟ ਦੀ ਤਬਾਹਕੁੰਨ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਚੁੱਪ ਵੱਟੀ ਬੈਠੇ ਹਨ।

ਆਰ.ਐਮ.ਪੀ.ਆਈ. ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਮੇਤ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਤੁਲਿਤ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਤੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਲੈਣ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਦੋਸ਼ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਮਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੜ ਵਸੇਬੇ ਲਈ ਨਿੱਗਰ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਯੂ ਐਨ ਓ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਫਗਾਨ ਵਸੋਂ ਦੀ ਭੁਖਮਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਆਫ਼ਤਾਂ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ  ਲਈ ਫੌਰੀ ਠੋਸ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਗੈਰ ਸਮਾਜੀ ਅਨਸਰਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੇਰਲ ਦੇ ਮੁਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਪੱਤਰ

ਜਲੰਧਰ, 23 ਜੁਲਾਈ- ਭਾਰਤੀ ਇਨਕਲਾਬੀ ਮਾਰਕਸਵਾਦੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ (ਆਰਐਮਪੀਆਈ) ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਸਾਥੀ ਕੇ. ਗੰਗਾਧਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸਾਥੀ ਮੰਗਤ ਰਾਮ ਪਾਸਲਾ ਨੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਕੇਰਲਾ ਰਾਜ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸਾਥੀ ਐਨ.ਵੇਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਕੇਰਲਾ ਰਾਜ ਇਕਾਈ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਥਾਪਕ ਮਰਹੂਮ ਸਾਥੀ ਟੀ.ਪੀ. ਚੰਦਰਸ਼ੇਖਰਨ ਦੇ ਸਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਭਿਨੰਦ ਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਜੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੈਰ ਸਮਾਜੀ ਅਨਸਰਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਜਾਨੋਂ ਮਾਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੇਰਲਾ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਪੀ. ਵਿਜਯਨ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖੇ ਇੱਕ ਪੱਤਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਰਐਮਪੀਆਈ ਦੀ ਕੇਰਲਾ ਰਾਜ ਇਕਾਈ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਜੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਪਰਾਧੀ ਤੱਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੌਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਬਣਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਸਾਥੀ ਗੰਗਾਧਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਸਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਥਾਪਕ ਸਾਥੀ ਚੰਦਰਸ਼ੇਖਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਹੀ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਤੱਤਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਉਹੀ ਟੋਲਾ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਕਾਮਰੇਡ ਕੇਕੇ ਰੇਮਾ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾ ਵੀ ਹਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਭਿਨੰਦ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਉੱਚ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
 

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੇਰਲਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ, ਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰਨ 'ਤੇ ਤੁਲੀਆਂ ਫਿਰਕੂ ਫਾਸ਼ੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਖੱਬੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਪਹਿਲ ਕਦਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕਜੁਟ ਦਖਲਅੰਦਾਜ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਂਤ ਦੇ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਖੱਬੇ ਪੱਖੀ ਕਾਡਰ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ।

Countrywide protest fortnight from June 16 to 30

Jalandhar, 14 June- Revolutionary Marxist Party of India (RMPI) and Marxist Party of India (United) have resolved to observe a countrywide protest fortnight from June 16 to 30, by organising mass meetings, demonstrations and dharnas etc; against unbearable price rise and wide-spread unemployment. On the concluding day i.e. June 30, district level demonstrations will be organised alongwith other left and democratic forces, jointly or independently.

Comrade K. Gangadharan Chairman and Comrade Mangat Ram Pasla General Secretary (RMPI), and Com. Ashok Omkar General Secretary and Com. Kiranjit Singh Sekhon PBM of MCPI (U), in a joint statement issued here to-day, stated that the communal fascist Modi government is persistanly implementing its anti-people new-libral agenda, which is resulting in steep rise in prices of all essential commidities. It is smaking the lives of toiling masses most misreble. The working people are also badly suffering becouse of the loss of there jobs due to Crona ralated shut down. The steep rise in unemployment and prices has badly impacted the common man and the people are feeling hard pressed to make both ends meet. They are unable to provide even two square meals to their families.

Both the parties have called upon their cadres, sympathisers and the toiling poeple to raise forceful voice against the Central govt; who is fully responsible for the miseries of the masses, especially against repeated and skyrockcting prices of petrol and diesal, and also to demand Rs. 7500 p.m. cash relief for the families who have fallen a prey to the pandemic related unemployment. In this direction, all efforts should be made to make the proprosed action a grand success.

ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਇੱਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਸਾਥੀ ਕੇ. ਗੰਗਾਧਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸਾਥੀ ਮੰਗਤ ਰਾਮ ਪਾਸਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਬਜਟ ਵਸੀਲੇ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਧਨਾਢਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਭਾਰ ਪਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਖਜਾਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਤਕ ਜਾਇਦਾਦਾਂ ਵੇਚਣ ਦੇ ਤਬਾਹਕੁੰਨ ਮਨਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਪੁਲੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਨਾਮਵਰ ਅਰਥ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਹਿਰਦ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ, ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਅਰਥਚਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਲਾਰਾ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਮੰਗ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਹਿੱਤ, ਗਰੀਬਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੱਧ ਵਰਗ ਦੀ ਖਪਤ ਤੇ ਖ੍ਰੀਦ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ‘ਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਸੁਝਾਆਂ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਬਜਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਅਣਦੇਖੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਸਾਥੀ ਗੰਗਾਧਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਸਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਸੋਂ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਚੌਥਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਵੱਧ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਦੇ ਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੇ ਦਾ ਸਾਧਨ ਖੇਤੀ ਧੰਦਾ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਲਈ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਮਿਹਨਤੀ ਵਰਗਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਛੇੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਜ਼ਰਅੰਦਾਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਅਰਥਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਭਰੋਸੇਯੋਗ ਥੰਮ੍ਹ, ਛੋਟੇ ਤੇ ਦਰਮਿਆਨੇ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਚੂਨ ਵਿਉਪਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਸਿਰ ਖਲੋਣ ‘ਚ ਇਮਦਾਦ ਦੇਣ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਬਜਟ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਫੇਲ੍ਹ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਬੱਜਟ ‘ਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੁਨਿਆਦਾਂ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਾਨ ਤੇ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਗਾਇਬ ਹੈ।
ਪੈਟਰੋਲ ਡੀਜ਼ਲ ਤੇ ਲਾਏ ਗਏ ਬੇਬਹਾ ਸੈੱਸ ਦੀ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਮਿਊਨਿਸਟ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਦਮ ਚੌਤਰਫਾ ਕੀਮਤ ਵਾਧੇ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਰੀਆ ਬਣੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪੱਲੇ ਧੇਲਾ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਣਾ। ਰਹੀ ਕਸਰ ਦੀਵਾਲੀਆ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਘਾਟੇ ਨੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰ ਦੇਣੀ ਹੈ।
ਕਮਿਊਨਿਸਟ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦਰਅਸਲ ਇਹ ਬਜਟ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦੇਸੀ-ਬਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਟ ਲੋਟੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਨਾਫਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੈਤਾਨੀ ਹਵਸ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਨਵਉਦਾਰਵਾਦੀ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਾਲਮ ਖਾਸੇ ਦਾ ਝਲਕਾਰਾ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸਾਥੀ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਨੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਫਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਬਜਟ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਦੋਖੀ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣੂੰ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਇਸ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਤਿੱਖੀ ਜਨਤਕ ਲਾਮਬੰਦੀ ਕਰਨ।

Full support to the Nationwide protest action by the Central Trade Unions

Jalandhar ; May 17 - Revolutionary  Marxist Party of India (RMPI) and Marxist Communist Party of India -United (MCPI-U) extended their full support to the Nationwide protest action by the Central Trade Unions on May 22nd, 2020.

This was Stated by Comrade Mangat Ram Pasla, General Secretary RMPI and Comrade Muhammad Gaus, General Secretary MCPI-U through a joint press statement released from here today.

The Joint Action Committee of central Trade Unions (JCTU) called upon a nationwide protest against the withdrawal of labour laws and anti people policies of Modi Govt.

Both the leaders called upon their rank and file to participate in these protest actions with full strength.

Com Pasla and Gous said that the withdrawal of labour laws, achieved through immense mass struggles and sacrifices of lakhs of leaders and workers, will lead the working class  towards slavery and bondednes. So, the present  move of Communal fascist regime must be fought with full strength.

RMPI on CAA and NRC

Jalandhar ; December 21 - "forceful emergence of a unified mass resistance to the CAA and NRC has substantially exposed the communal angle of both the nefarious designs of RSS led Modi-Shah regime. And, in order to restore peace and normalcy in the country the former should invariably be repealed forthwith and the idea of an unwarranted Pan India NRC needs to be over rightly rejected. " It has been demanded by Comrade Mangat Ram Pasla, general Secretary of the Revolutionary Marxist Party of India (RMPI) , through a press release issued here today.                

Comrade Pasla further stated that the disruptive designs of the BJP, including repeated crimes like mob-lynching of Muslims and Dalits, abrogation of article 370 and 35A and brutal curtailment of democratic rights in J&K, had already inflicted mortal blows to the social harmony in India; and this hurried adoption of CAA with an evident communal tinge against Muslim minority, along with the declaration by the Home Minister in the Parliament that the NRC for all the states is also in the pipeline, have patently proved that now the RSS is hell-bent to transform secular-democratic India into a theocratic reactionary State . He stated that the NRC in Assam has already proved to be an exercise in futility.  More than  Rs. 1200 crore have been wasted on monstrous exercise, which has inflicted unnecessary harrassment to the people, more than 19 lakh persons have been mercilessly branded as non Indians.  Such nefarious moves of the govt. to disrupt Indian unity no more be tolerated with impunity.                   

Com Pasla further stated that the people at large are facing wide spread scourge of unemployment, under employment and unbearable inflation. The economy in the country is suffering from deep down slide.  But instead of dealing with these grave socio-economic problems, this govt. is trying every tactic at its command to divert the attention of the people from their burning problems.  He forewarned the people that this communal-fascist dispensation may resort to meanest moves to disrupt the upcoming unity of the democratic, secular and patriotic forces in the country. Therefore, vigilance from this side is also prime need of the hour 

Deep sorrow and grief over the sad and untimely demise of Com. KS Gorakhpuria

Jalandhar; Oct 23 - Comrade Mangat Ram Pasla, General Secretary RMPI expressed deep sorrow and grief over the sad and untimely demise of Comrade Krishan Sawroop Gorakhpuria. In a statement issued from here today He described him as a great guide and leader of the movement of toiling masses, especially peasantry in Haryana and neighbouring states. Comrade Pasla further stated that late Com Gorakhpuria was a great admirer of polity of RMPI. Com Gorakhpuria was a delegate of first All India Conference of RMPI held at Chandigarh. He started his public life as a student leader along with late Comrade Prithvi Singh Gorakhpuria and later on turned as an whole timer. He participated in the struggles of toiling masses beyond organisational and political obligations. Comrade Pasla paid Revolutionary homage to his worthy companion.

Strongly condemned the incident of barbarous killing two kids of dalit family in MP

Jalandhar; September 26 - Through a press statement released from here today, Comrade Mangat Ram Pasla, General Secretary RMPI, strongly condemned the incident of barbarous killing two kids of dalit family in Madhya Pardesh. He said that during Modi regime, such incidents took place in every part of country, in large numbers, due to the full support to the culprits by Administrative Machinery under the instructions of central government. He further stated that these all incidents are outcome of a conspiracy from RSS to reestablish the Munuvadi Caste Based Ruling System in India and everybody is aware of this fact that Modi Govt. run administration is acting upon the ill advises from RSS. Comrade Pasla appealed to all justice-loving people and outfits to fight unitedly against these heinous crimes.

Nationwide struggle against the communal and divisive agenda of Modi Govt dictated by RSS

Hyderabad; September 23 - The joint meeting of Central Committees of Revolutionary Marxist Party of India (RMPI) and Marxist Communist Party of India –United (MCPI-U) held at here. The meeting was presided over by Comrade K. Gangadharan (Chairman RMPI) and Comrade Mohinder Singh Neh (Polit Bureau Member of MCPI-U). Comrade Mangat Ram Pasla (General Secretary RMPI) and Comrade Muhammad Gauns (General Secretary MCPI-U) addressed the joint meeting.

 The meeting decided to launch a nationwide struggle against the communal and divisive agenda of Modi Govt dictated by RSS and the pro-corporate, anti-people, neo-liberal policies pursued by the reactionary Modi regime.

The meeting decided to make all efforts to unite the toiling masses for the struggle to save the secular, democratic and federal structure of India, which is under grim threat under Modi-Shah administration.

It was decided that the Standing Committee and Polit Bureau of RMPI and MCPI-U shall meet jointly in future so that a united understanding and intervention of both parties may possible in the present dangerous situation created by Communal Fascist outfits led by RSS.

It was also decided that both the parties shall take the initiative to establish the joint national organisations of Trade Unions, Peasants, Youth and Women fronts as soon as possible. A joint national convention will be called at Channai on December 15 this year.

RMPI condem the anti democracy move of Modi-Shah regime

Chandigarh : The Standing Committee of Revolutionary Marxist Party Of India (RMPI) expressed its deep anguish and protest against abrogation of article 370 and segmentation of state of Jammu & Kashmir into union territories by the Modi-Shah regime.The Committee terms it as a grave violation of the commitment given to the Kashmiri nationality at the time of its annexation with India, as well as it is a discreetly managed, undemocratic and wicked attacks on the democratic procedures and secular values of Indian constitution. The Standing Committee also feels that this anti national step of the Govt will only encourage the communalists and extremists and will further alienate the mainstream peace loving elements of the country. The Committee also termed it as a cruel joke with the people of J&K who have been downgraded to the status of UT under the grab of strengthening of their democratic status. Comrade K. Gangadharan (Chairman), Com. Mangat Ram Pasla (General Secretary), Com. Rajinder Pranjpai (Treasurer), Com. Harkanwal Singh and KS Hariharan (Both Members) of the Standing Committee strongly condemned the jubilation being organised by the RSS through its ill informed elements over the fascist attack on the democratic set up in India and urged upon all the peace loving people to oppose this communal frenzy; as it may create new socio-political problems through out the country. The party leaders urged upon the left forces to spare no efforts in unifying the people against this grave danger posed by the Govt for the country's centuries old multi cultured humanist social fabric prevailing in India.
